Refunds

We do not have to provide a refund for change of mind so please choose carefully.

We are able to offer exchange for credit on items such as cushions and throws provided they are returned to us within 14 days in a saleable condition, unopened with all packaging and tags intact. Please contact us first to check if your item qualifies for an exchange.

We are unable to accept for exchange any sale items, so please choose carefully  

Rugs can be exchanged provided they are exchanged for the same or high priced value rug and all return freight is covered by the customer.

If the item/s is faulty or wrongly described, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. To assist in determining whether a product is faulty or wrongly described please us by email countryhabitatnz@gmail.com. Refunds for faulty items will be credited in the same form as the original payment.

PRICING, ERRORS AND DISPLAY

Although we do our best to ensure prices and stock available stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated and reserve the right to cancel your purchase. Every effort has been made to ensure the colours and images displayed are accurate; however, actual colours and product finishes may vary.  Rugs, cushions and throws may discolour or fade if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. To maintain the quality and appearance of your rug, please avoid placing it in areas with direct sunlight.

While every effort is made to ensure stock availability is accurate, we cannot always guarantee the availability of items displayed. We are not liable to you for any orders we are unable to fulfill or decline to fulfill.

We deliver throughout New Zealand, carefully packaging each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation so you know your purchase is on its way.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the item, but we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Larger or specialty pieces may require additional handling, and delivery timeframes will be clearly communicated where applicable.
